We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations clearly and fairly.

Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. By purchasing a DIGOI subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Quick Summary: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. Post that window, refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.

DIGOI may offer a free trial period for new users. During the free trial, you will not be charged. The trial period and its duration will be clearly communicated at the time of sign-up. No refund is applicable for the trial period as no payment is collected.

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of a monetary refund. Service credits are applied to your DIGOI account and can be used towards future subscription payments. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the DIGOI platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
